New York Mills Education Foundation

The New York Mills Education Foundation is an independent non-profit operated by a volunteer board of trustees.  Our objective is to work closely with teachers, administrators, stakeholders, and the school board to ensure funding is used in a way that benefits all students.  Funding is distributed to NYM educators through a grant application process.

Our Mission

The New York Mills Education Foundation’s mission is to partner with our community to provide all New York Mills students with enriched, innovative learning experiences, guiding them to extraordinary opportunities.

How can I help?

Membership Levels

All membership levels include individual or business name published online. Check out the list of current members here!

Donations at any level ensure the amazing educational opportunities will continue in New York Mills for years to come. Help us pave a firm foundation for future Eagles. All donations are tax-deductible.

Bronze: A gift of at least $50 per year.
Silver: A gift of at least $150 per year.
Gold: A gift of at least $250 per year.
Platinum: A gift of at least $500 per year.

What We've Achieved

  • In the fall of 2022, the foundation awarded 12 grants, totaling $4,000.

  • The 2022 grant funds will be put towards the purchase of art supplies and equipment, sewing equipment, biography set of books for wax museum, phy-ed and recess equipment, special curriculum and games, books for the Principal’s Book Club and more.
